Regency Pedestal Pembroke Table c.1820

Elegant Regency mahogany pedestal Pembroke table c.1820. Well figured solid mahogany top with boxwood stringing and crossbanded edges. With two folding leaves supported on hinged oak loafers to make a 48" x 36" table when open. Single drawer in one side with strung edge and brass knobs which are both repeated as a dummy drawer front on the other side. Raised on a crisp turned column and swept legs in solid mahogany. Legs also with inlaid stringing and original square toe castors. Excellent colour and condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
