Pair of Tall Column Candelabra c.1910

Remarkable pair of Regency style tall painted and gilded column candelabra c.1910. Standing 87" tall. Loose tops featuring double crowns of eight branch candle holders in brass (max diameter 22") arranged around the carved centre with Regency style gilded papyrus and acanthus leaf detail and topped with torch flame finials. Raised on turned and fluted columns painted white and gold with the bases featuring a larger repeat the carved and gilded leaf detail on the tops. On 16" square plinths. Some wear to the paintwork, most obvious around the bases. Otherwise very good condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
