Painted Ladder Back Settle

Attractive pale duck egg blue painted settle. Ladder back with three sets of shaped and moulded rungs between the slightly sloped rear stiles topped with pointed finials. Shaped arms on turned supports (note how they are fitted through the seat and into the upper side stretcher). Over a generously proportioned woven rush seat (height 16") with a long loose seat cushion. Carved detail to the front rails below the seats, turned legs and stretchers with a carved detail to the middle of the front stretchers. Very good condition.
