Oak Display Easel c.1910

Large oak display easel c.1910. Oak A-frame with curving tops, hinged rear support and an adjustable rest (width 28½", depth 3") for a large painting or similar. Height adjustable to multiple positions on a metal mechanism in the middle support below the shelf. The upright above the shelf extends 56" and slides together with the shelf. There is also an independently adjustable block to grip the top of the canvas. Excellent condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
