Small Mahogany Writing Bureau c.1960

Good quality little Georgian style mahogany bureau c.1960. Just 31½″ wide. Open the fall to reveal a writing desk with a leather work surface and particularly attractive fitted interior of drawers, pigeon holes and a small lockable cupboard at the centre. Over two short and three long drawers. Well figured matching flame mahogany veneers arranged symmetrically across the fall and drawer fronts all with inlaid crossbanded borders and crossbanded edges. Georgian pattern swan neck handles and raised on tall bracket feet. Solid mahogany sides and drawer linings. Excellent colour and condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops, keys supplied.
