Long Turkish Carpet Runner
Nine and a half foot long vintage Turkish or Anatolian carpet runner c.1950. 114″ x 51″ hand knotted design featuring central panel with six diamond shaped blocks surrounded by multiple borders of various traditional motifs including flowers, rams horns and a chevron shaped tree of life. In natural colours and soft wool with a short pile (unlike the flat woven surface of a kilim). Some typical old wear, generally very good condition.
