Long Louis XVI Style Marble Top Sideboard c.1930

Impressive French Louis XVI style mahogany and marble top breakfront sideboard or enfilade c.1930. Seven feet long with a superb white marble top with shaped and moulded edges. Over four drawers and three cupboards, each fitted with a single shelf inside (internal depth in the centre cupboard 18"). Moulded door panels and projecting fluted column pilasters between the cupboards with brass acanthus leaf mounts to the tops. Brass mouldings to the drawer and door fronts, brass handles and escutcheons plus another large Classical brass mount below the centre doors. Raised on turned and tapering fluted legs with brass collars and feet front and rear. A few old scratches to the marble, otherwise excellent condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
