Liberty & Co. Pearl Inlaid Side Table c.1910
Good example of a stained sandal, satin and cedar wood Moorish style 'Turkish Table' as retailed by Liberty & Co. of London in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. Hexagonal top inlaid with a six pointed star set within a mother of pearl ground and surrounded by bands of decorative inlay. Pearl panels to each side over an pointed Islamic arch cutaway to form the feet and with striking contrasting inlays at the corners. Excellent original condition, simply cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
