Large Walnut Console Table c.1920

Impressive bow front walnut console table c.1920. Very nearly 6 feet long. Top with highly figured and symmetrically arranged walnut veneers and a deep moulded edge. Over two drawers in the front plus hinged drawers at each end with large decorative brass handles. carved detail between the drawers and superb carved and pierced scallop frieze at the centre of the apron below. Long scrolling cabriole legs in solid walnut over a shaped and moulded plinth with a turned and segmented finial at the centre. Raised on square gadrooned carved feet. Excellent colour and condition, cleaned polished and waxed in our workshops. Key supplied.
