Georgian Mahogany Chest of Drawers c.1800

Good example of the classic Georgian mahogany chest of drawers c.1800. Solid mahogany top with an applied moulded edge over two short drawers and three long drawers of graduated depth. Solid mahogany drawer fronts with cockbeaded edges and original brass handles (one replacement backplate) and escutcheons. Raised on the original tall bracket feet front and rear. Solid mahogany sides and oak drawer linings. Some old wear to the top, otherwise excellent colour and condition, cleaned and polished in our workshops.
