Late 19th.c. Aesthetic Movement bamboo jardinière or plant stand c.1890. Thee plant holders with the original tin liners arranged around an open display shelf. Bamboo frame with black lacquered or Japanned panels featuring oriental style decoration of birds and flowers, continued on the sides and rear panels. With further gilded detail to the frame. Excellent original condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
