Walnut & Marble Top Art Deco Sideboard c.1930

Stylish walnut and marble top Art Deco sideboard c.1930. Spectacularly figured black marble top set back from the edge to reveal a broad moulding. Over a single drawer at the centre and a three door cupboard fitted inside with two long adjustable shelves (internal depth 17"). Carved with beautiful Art Deco detail of fruit to the drawer and door fronts and continued on the curving front corners. Original large brass plated handles to the side doors and drawer. Note also the original keys with their machine age design to the grips. Raised on deep bracket front feet, also carved to match. Raised and fielded side panels. Inlaid detail to the shelf fronts. Excellent condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
