Art Deco Sculpture of Songbirds c.1930

Delightful Art Deco sculpture of songbirds c.1930. Five lively little birds, finches or similar, perched on a low curving branch with a sixth one the ground below. The birds are very well cast in spelter whilst the branch appears to be brass or bronze. Mounted on white marble signed Bezir in the rear left hand corner, with a black slate plinth (26" x 6") below and raised on little brass ball feet. Good condition with some minor wear and nicks to the marble.
