Art Deco Dressing Table by Shoolbred & Co. c.1925

Superb quality Art Deco dressing table by the celebrated English cabinet makers James Shoolbred & Co. c.1925. 19" x 27" mirror with bevelled edges within a moulded frame with lovely inlaid detail. Angle adjustable on tapering supports topped with geometric inlaid detail and unusual ziggurat finials. Table top quarter veneered in walnut with the same inlaid detail from the mirror frame to the edges. Over five mahogany lined drawers with original knobs. Further inlaid detail to the uprights either side of the drawers. Raised on tapering legs with chamfered edges and contrasting feet. Maker's stamps to the tops of the upper drawer fronts. Very slight clouding to the mirror, otherwise excellent condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
