16th.c. Style Oak Refectory Table

Superb mid 19th.c. reproduction of a 16th.c. carved oak refectory table c.1850. Top made of two 1¼” thick oak boards. On a carved base with guilloche frieze to all four sides and exceptionally well carved cup and cover legs with raised cable and acanthus detail and joined with low stretchers. Presented as found with some old wear to the top, otherwise excellent condition. Very solid and sturdy with great colour and character.
