Cast Iron Garden Table c.1890
Late 19th.c. cast iron garden or conservatory table c.1890. Very attractively cast and pierced ends with scrolling acanthus detail. Joined with two metal stretchers. Loose associated top in the form of a heavy cast iron grill (33" x 18") ideal as a garden table or for standing potted plants on. Heavily overpainted in white with obvious wear and flaking. Welded repair to one of the acanthus arms at top of one of the table ends. Sturdy table (total weight 50kg) ready for use.
