Small Marble Top Console Table c.1860

Unusually small French Empire style marble top console table c.1860. Just 26½" wide. Highly figured grey marble top over a mahogany veneered base with a single drawer in the frieze and the original mirrored back panel below. Turned column front legs with chased brass mounts top and bottom. Raised on a open plinth or display shelf with short turned feet to the front. Obvious marks to the mirror (which could be replaced if preferred) and some old wear and repairs to the veneers. Otherwise very good condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
