Small Marble Top Console Table c.1840

Handsome little mid 19th.c. mahogany and marble top console table c.1840. Just 32" wide. Original grey marble top with rounded front corners and a reeded edge. On a flame mahogany veneered base with a single oak lined drawer in the apron. Curving bracket front supports with turned roundels and moulded detail where they join the rear stiles. Over scrolling corbels with carved detail to both sides and to the front. On a plinth with concave front edge, veneered to match and raised on carved claw feet. Excellent colour and condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
