Persian Hamadan Carpet c.1950

Vintage Persian tribal or village Hamadan carpet c.1950. Hand knotted wool with a geometric design in terracotta pink and dark blue. Featuring a central medallion with stylized garden design surrounded by contrasting spandrels and multiple borders woven with a lively mix of tribal motifs. Good condition with some obvious wear to the pile.
