Serpentine Marble Top Mahogany Chiffonier Side Cabinet c.1860

Mid 19th.c. mahogany and marble top chiffonier side cabinet c.1860. Original white marble top with a serpentine shaped front edge and projecting corners. Over a single drawer, also serpentine fronted, and a two door cupboard fitted with a single shelf inside (internal depth 12"). A good looking cabinet with highly figured mahogany veneers across the front, raised and fielded arched door panels and crisply carved corbels to the front corners top and bottom. Raised on a serpentine fronted plinth with chamfered edges. Minor old wear to the marble, otherwise excellent colour and condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops. Key supplied.
