Narrow Mahogany Filing Cabinet c.1910
Edwardian mahogany bank of drawers or filing cabinet c.1910. Just 21" wide with 10 slim drawers with hinged drawer fronts, to allow easy access to the contents. Originally intended for sheet music but ideal for filing and stationery (big enough for sheets of A4 paper). Moulded mahogany drawer fronts with original brass handles and mechanism to each. Thumb moulded top, panelled sides and shaped apron. Raised on unusually tall turned bun feet. Original label at the rear for Hime & Addison of Manchester. Very good colour and condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
