Set of Four Fruitwood Cottage Chairs.



Beautiful set of four early 19th.c. Anglesey cottage dining chairs c.1810. With the wooden seat, square legs and low back typical of the form. Most commonly found in oak, this set are exceptional for being constructed of fruitwood, possibly cherry, (with oak seats) which has a beautiful warm honey colour and patina. Excellent condition, restored and polished in our workshops.

Georgian Lancashire Mule Chest c.1800.



Good sized late Georgian oak ‘mule chest’ with three drawers in the base. From the Lancashire are c.1800. Superior quality, being solid oak throughout with four shaped and fielded panels to the front and a shaped detail to the foot. With a fitted candle box and two small drawers to the interior. Excellent colour and condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops. Original brass.
