Delightful little late 18th.c. Welsh oak open dresser base c.1790. Useful small size, less than five feet wide. Broad plank top with moulded edge over three drawers. With a very attractive shaped apron across the front and continued on the sides. Raised on straight legs with chamfered inner corners, joined with the original potboard display shelf. Particularly good grain to the front and sides, elm drawer linings. Very good condition with some repairs to the top where a plate rack had been fitted previously and replacement Georgian pattern brass handles. Excellent colour and patina. Cleaned and polished in our workshops.
Dimensions: width 59″, depth 17″, height 29″.
