Mahogany Dressing Table c.1905

Early 20th.c. Mahogany Dressing Table c.1905. A great match for the small mahogany bedside cabinet (found here), and featuring similarly fabulous hand painted urn and wreath detail atop the jewellery drawers flanking the oval mirror, as well as hand painted stringing to the top, legs, and drawers. The mirror itself is painted with floral detail to the edge, and supported by gilded brass double columns continuing the floral motif. Solid mahogany construction throughout and including original gilded brass handles to the three lower serpentine fronted drawers.

A matching washstand can be seen here.

Dimensions: width 42″, depth 20½”, height 60½”.
