George III Welsh oak open dresser base c.1800. Two plank top with plate stand over three slim drawers with original brass swan neck handles. Applied moulding to the front and sides and raised on four beautifully turned column legs joined with the original potboard display shelf – a single broad plank with a plate stand at the rear edge. Another moulding around the base and raised on bracket feet. Excellent condition with repairs to the top and later drawer linings (in solid oak), otherwise original through. Particularly good colour and patina.
