Very stylish mid 20th.c. walnut double height side cabinet for drinks etc c.1950. The simple modernist design emphasises the stunning burr walnut veneers which are arranged in a symmetrical pattern across the door fronts, but notice also the cushion shaped crossbanding to the surrounding edge. Matched veneers to the sides, interior and shelf fronts. Adjustable shelves with brass fittings. Excellent colour and condition, cleaned and polished in our workshops. Keys supplied.

Stunning late 18th.c. French oak armoire c.1780. Two doors forming a graceful arch with a fine carved centre frieze, elaborately shaped panels and exceptional brass escutcheon plates with unusual chased detail. Carved foliate pattern frieze to the top, repeated at the base with a shaped apron and feet. Heavy and solid timbers of good mellow colour with panelled sides and rear. The interior is fitted with two shelves and two drawers. Excellent condition, original hinges, locks and key.

Unusually small and narrow early 19th.c. oak dresser base c.1810. Just 59″ long and 15″ deep with two drawers over a cupboard with two twin panelled doors and a fixed centre. Single shelf to the intereior, oak panelled sides, brass swan neck handles and shaped bracket feet. Excellent condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops.

Very impressive Edwardian mahogany four door bookcase c.1910. Breakfront design, measuring eight feet in length with four fine astragal glazed doors over a shaped plinth with carved gadrooned mouldings. The shelves are height adjustable. Good looking and very useful mid 19th.c. mahogany two door side cabinet c.1850. Remarkably convincing hand painted faux marble top with canted corners and a moulded edge. Over two doors with particularly well figured flame mahogany veneers, raised mouldings and decorative brass mounts, handles and escutcheon plates. On a plinth base also with canted corners and shaped mouldings. Excellent ccolour and condition.

Delightful mid 19th.c. pine dairy table or kitchen dresser c.1850. 20″ deep two plank top over three useful drawers with period painted wooden knobs. Unusual and original applied mouldings between the drawers and a shaped apron below with turned front legs. Excellent condition, the front is left dry and unwaxed.
