Burr Walnut Coffee Table.

Mid 19th.c. walnut centre table c.1870 reduced in height to make a very good looking feature coffee table. Shaped top with beautifully figured honey coloured burr walnut veneers arranged in a symmetrical pattern on solid mahogany groundwork. Deep thumb moulded edge and apron veneered to match. On a carved pedestal and four shaped legs in solid walnut with crisp carved leaf and scroll detail. A couple of small repairs to the top, otherwise excellent condition cleaned and polished in our workshops.

Pair of George III Side Chairs.

Splendid pair of George III Chippendale style mahogany dining or side chairs c.1790. Beautifully shaped cresting rail and pierced back splats. Over loose seat pads with attractive vintage needlework upholstery. Square legs with chamfered inside edges, joined with side and cross stretchers. Excellent condition and particularly good colour and patina, cleaned and waxed in our workshops.

Pair of Regency Style Standard Lamps.

Fabulous pair of Regency style brass standard lamps with toleware shades c.1960. Four bulb candelabra style tops with brass arms shaped as birds heads, on brass columns with decorative detail and white enamelled lower sections. On shaped tripod plinths, heavily weighted for stability, with applied Regency style anthemion motifs and claw feet. Sold complete with the original metal toleware shades, painted to match  and topped with brass cherubs. Some minor pitting and wear to the paintwork, generally excellent condition. Cleaned rewired and sold with PAT test certificates.

Gillows Style Pembroke Table.

Superb quality early 19th.c. mahogany pembroke table in the manner of Gillows c.1820. Solid mahogany top with satinwood and ebony inlaid border and a carved edge. With a single oak lined drawer at one end, the front inlaid to match and repeated as a dummy drawer front at the other end. Raised on fine tapering Gillows style turned and reeded legs retaining their original brass castors. Excellent colour and condition, cleaned and polished in our workshops.

Miniature Marble Top Chest of Drawers.

Smart little mid 20th.c. miniature walnut and marble top chest of drawers c.1950. Just 20″ wide, white marble top with rounded corners and a moulded edge over seven small drawers with brass hoop handles. Walnut drawer fronts and oak linings. Ideal for filing and stationery being big enough for sheets of A4 paper. Solid walnut sides, fluted front stiles and turned feet with brass feet to the front and rear. Excellent condition, cleaned and polished in our workshops.

Georgian Drop Leaf Supper Table.

Late 18th.c. George III mahogany drop leaf supper table c.1780. Three piece solid mahogany top with folding leaves to make a 42″ x 43½” oval table to comfortably seat four people. Folds down to just 15″ deep. With a shaped apron at each end and raised on four turned and tapering legs with carved pad feet. Very good colour and condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops.

Sunburst Wall Clock.

Lovely example of the classic  gilded sunburst wall clock c.1930. 24″ diameter body with carved wooden rays and original painted gilt finish. Original brass face and domed glass bezel. The original works have been replaced with a working battery powered mechanism. With a few old repairs to the rays.

Georgian Tilt Top Wine Table.

Beautiful late 18th.c. tilt-top tripod wine table c.1790. Single piece solid mahogany top of 24″ diameter on the original finely turned oak column and elegantly shaped legs.  Top has been left with the original worn finish, simply cleaned and waxed. Note there is a small pad added to the underside of one foot to compensate for a slight warp in the top.

Welsh Potboard Dresser Base.

Mid 19th.c. oak potboard Welsh dresser base, from South Wales c.1840. Solid oak four plank top with cleated ends over two long drawers. With a attractively shaped apron and raised on three unusual bobbin turned front legs joined with the original potboard stretcher shelf. Excellent colour and condition with later brass handles. Cleaned and waxed in our workshops.

Ind Coope Brewery Advertising Mirror.

Original mid 20th.c. advertising mirror for Ind Coope’s Burton Ales c.1950. 17″ x 13″ oval mirror with red and gold graphic and type, within a moulded mahogany frame. Very good original condition, the backboard also carries the Ind Coope & Co name.
