Remarkable Edwardian era portrait of a gentleman with a long waxed moustache c.1905. In oil on canvas, shoulder length portrait, wearing morning suit and spotted necktie. A rather pallid looking young gent with a severe haircut and a moustache waxed into a long waiving point. Areas of surface damage and a few small holes, thankfully all away from the face. Presented unframed on the original canvas stretcher.
