Early 19th.c. Oak Welsh Cottage Dresser c.1810.

Lovely little early 19th.c. oak Welsh cottage dresser c.1810. Useful small size, just 61” wide. Well proportioned plate rack with a crisp moulded cornice and two shelves featuring three rows of original iron cup hooks, traditionally used for the proud display of a collection of jugs etc. On an open dresser base with three drawers raised on four turned column front supports joined with the original single piece potboard display shelf. In excellent condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops. The collection of jugs and plates (34 in all) shown were purchased with the dresser and are included in the price.
