Conwy Valley Cwpwrdd Tridarn c.1750.

Purchased locally having been in the same family for at least six generations we present this superb mid 18th.c. Conwy valley cwpwrdd tridarn or three piece cupboard c.1750. Large top display section with turned columns and slatted sides. Three small doors to the middle section with beautifully shaped, raised and fielded door panels and turned droppers. The centre door retains a fitted interior of small spice drawers with ‘GI’,’21’ and the date 1759 in studwork across the fronts, a rare original feature. Large base section with two drawers and two cupboard doors with a repeat of the shaped door panels. Oak panelled sides and rear, original oak floor boards and drawer linings. Fantastic example of the form, of exceptional colour and patina. Cleaned and waxed in our workshops. Keys supplied.
