Unrestored 18th.c. Conwy Valley Welsh Dresser c.1770.

Large late 18th.c. oak Welsh dresser from the Conwy valley c.1770. Original plate rack with good moulded cornice, three shelves and particularly attractive shaped sides with a curving ‘belly’ and  tall ‘shoes’. Enclosed base with a two plank top with moulded edge over three drawers and three cupboards plus a small central knife drawer (an unusual feature). Oak panelled sides, original cupboard dividers and bracket feet. The brass work dates form the Edwardian era. Presented as found, unrestored with particularly good colour and patina.
