18th.c French Dresser.


Superb mid 18th.c. French oak dresser base c.1780. Three plank top with moulded edge over a central back of three drawers flanked with cupboards. Good decorative front with shaped, raised and fielded door panels with pretty carved floral detail. Unusual turned front corner posts with Empire style chased brass mounts at the top and bottom and a neat carved dropper below. Shaped apron and scroll carved feet. Decorative brass knobs and escutcheon plates. Original locks and keys. Solid oak sides and back. Excellent condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
